• Bachiller en Ingeniería Agrícola, Ingeniería industrial, Zootecnia, Administración o carreras afines
• Cinco (5) años de experiencia general desde la obtención del grado de bachiller y tres (3) años de experiencia administrando fundos agrícolas o ganaderos
• Experiencia en el control de actividades agrícolas y/o ganaderas
• Conocimientos indispensables: Excel a nivel intermedio, Evaluación de proyectos agrícolas
• Conocimientos deseables: Manejo de cítricos, palta, uva, arándanos y/o espárragos
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en Chilca

• Asumir la conducción del fundo tanto del negocio agrícola como ganadero
• Proponer y desarrollar estrategias de gestión para la optimización de la productividad de los campos
• Controlar las actividades agrícolas, ganaderas y de abastecimiento que permitan garantizar la sostenibilidad de las actividades del fundo
• Representar a la compañía y a las áreas administrativas en el fundo
• Gestionar las necesidades operativas, logísticas y de capital humano
• Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto y reportar el flujo de caja a la gerencia corporativa
• Gestionar y sustentar el requerimiento de personal eventual (campo) de acuerdo a la programación de tareas. (siembra, cosecha, etc.).
• Supervisar el consumo de alimento de los animales del fundo y que se respete las fórmulas aprobadas por el personal especializado
• Proveer de información a las áreas de soporte de la compañía tales como son Logística, Administración y Finanzas, Recursos Humanos y Gerencia Corporativa
• Proponer medidas administrativas o técnicas para el mejor funcionamiento del fundo
• Identificar oportunidades comerciales relacionadas al giro del negocio
