• Bachiller en Economía, Contabilidad Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines
• Cinco (05) años de experiencia general desde la obtención del grado de Bachiller.
• Dos (02) años de experiencia en instituciones financieras, desempeñando funciones de asistente o analista de control de garantías
• Conocimientos indispensables: Idioma inglés a nivel intermedio, Ms Office a nivel intermedio
• Conocimientos deseables: ERP SAP

• Ingresar, controlar, supervisar y revisar los registros, vencimientos y liberaciones de las garantías inscritas
• Verificar los sustentos de la constitución de garantías
• Realizar el seguimiento a las garantías pendientes de formalización
• Solicitar tasaciones a las Instituciones Financieras Internacionales
• Seguimiento periódico a los saldos en cuenta según contratos
• Verificar y coordinar que los informes de tasaciones cumplan con los lineamientos establecidos
• Ingresar al sistema la actualización de las tasaciones e informar periódicamente el status de las mismas
• Verificar que se cumplan las condiciones descritas en los contratos con respecto a las garantías
• Realizar el seguimiento al estatus de pólizas y mejoradores vinculados a las garantías
