• Profesional Abogado titulado y colegiado
• Estudios de posgrado en Derecho Procesal Civil y Administrativo
• Amplios conocimientos en Derecho Civil y Derecho Procesal Civil
• Cinco (5) años de experiencia desde la titulación
• Tres (3) años de experiencia laboral en Estudios de Abogados litigando en materia civil.
• De preferencia dominio del idioma inglés, para conversar con posibles clientes de habla inglesa.

• Determinar y proponer estrategias y acciones de tipo civil, en procesos judiciales, extrajudiciales, y a nivel registral y administrativo y de naturaleza diversa como litigios tributarios, reguladores (administrativos), procesos varios devenidos de empresas.
• Ejercer de manera directa el patrocinio a nivel judicial de procesos civiles, contencioso administrativos y constitucionales que le sean asignados.
• Representar a la empresa en la protección civil y tutela de sus derechos ante el Poder Judicial, Tribunales judiciales, entre otros, en las etapas prejudicial, judicial y de ejecución.
• Elaborar adecuadamente las demandas, contestaciones, medios de defensa, medios impugnatorios y remedios que se requieran, de acuerdo a la naturaleza de los procesos judiciales en específico.
• Realizar el seguimiento exhaustivo y constante a los procesos judiciales encomendados.
• Intervenir y/o participar en audiencias e informes orales en ante el juzgado, la sala correspondiente y todas sus instancias.
• Emitir informes legales o situacionales de cada caso, para reportar periódicamente a los interesados.
