- Tres (3) años de experiencia en el puesto o similares.
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas nivel intermedio.

- Alcanzar una gestión legal eficiente en el marco de la estrategia y los objetivos definidos por la empresa, preservando sus intereses y orientando las acciones al resultado.
- Asesorar en procedimientos ante organismos reguladores especialmente Osinergmin (procesos, trámites, Plan de Inversiones, VAD, Peajes y Compensaciones, COYM, Liquidaciones Anuales, entre otros) y cualquier entidad pública.
- Asesorar a todas las empresas del grupo en materia de procedimientos y/o requerimientos de reguladores (incluyendo mandatos de acceso de compartición, solicitudes de ampliación de concesión, entre otros.); así como compraventa de activos eléctricos, suministros a usuarios libres, contratos de compartición de infraestructura por empresas de telecomunicaciones, etc. Atender reclamos de clientes libres y reclamaciones ante Osinergmin, Osiptel, entre otros.
- Asesorar en materia de contratos, concursos, licitaciones públicas o privadas relacionadas a proyectos eléctricos.
- Analizar y elaborar comentarios sobre normas legales especialmente del Minem, Osinergmin, entre otros y realizar el seguimiento respectivo.
- Asesorar en temas regulatorios y elaborar informes y guías sobre diversos temas especialmente sobre nuevas normas de impacto en el sector.
- Patrocinar en procesos judiciales relacionados al sector eléctrico incluyendo informes, seguimiento y proyectos especiales.
- Elaborar contratos para atender nuevos proyectos incluyendo guías relacionadas a permiso y licencias requeridas de acuerdo a cada proyecto.
