• Profesional egresado(a) de la carrera de ingeniería de sistemas, computación o carreras afines al puesto
• Conocimientos indispensables en SQL Server 2012, SUSE Linux y ERP SAP
• Dos (2) años de experiencia como asistente o analista de sistemas y soporte técnico
• Inglés básico para entender manuales y procedimientos en ese idioma
• MsOffice a nivel avanzado
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en Huachipa de lunes a viernes de 8am a 6pm

• Coordinar las acciones para que las diferentes áreas de la empresa cuenten con las herramientas tecnológicas necesarias para que operen son normalidad
• Proveer soluciones tecnológicas para facilitar el desempeño de las áreas, a través de la planeación e integración de la tecnología con las actividades diarias
• Suministrar herramientas tecnológicas que faciliten el logro de los objetivos institucionales
• Realizar el diagnóstico de los equipos de cómputo la empresa
• Ejecutar las reparaciones menores de los equipos de cómputo y coordinar con los proveedores las reparaciones mayores
• Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos de informática y software implementados
• Participar en las reuniones de coordinación interna de manera diaria
• Mantener actualizar las plataformas digitales
• Configurar y administrar el Servidor basado en Server R12
• Apoyar y dar soporte al área contable con los temas relacionados al SAP
• Instalar y configurar y dar mantenimiento a los correos electrónicos de acuerdo a las necesidades
• Instalar y configurar y dar mantenimiento a todos los equipos de cómputo, software, impresoras
• Dar soporte técnico a los usuarios de manera presencial y remota tanto para las soluciones relacionadas a software como a hardware
• Instalar y configurar el Suse Linux en los dispositivos que así lo requieran
