• Título Profesional en Economía, Contabilidad, Ing. Industrial, Administración o afines.
• Maestría o Máster en Administración Bancaria, Finanzas, MBA u otros afines al área
• Diez (10) años de experiencia general desde la obtención del grado de Bachiller. Cinco (05) años de experiencia en puestos gerenciales en entidades con más de 1000 trabajadores y Seis (06) años de experiencia en instituciones financieras de gran envergadura.
• Especialización en Finanzas, Contabilidad de Gestión o afines al área.
• Conocimientos indispensables y documentados: Banca y Finanzas / Gestión de costos / Tributación / Planeamiento Estratégico, o afines, Gestión Estratégica y/o Gestión Gubernamental, Gestión de Riesgos Financieros, Productos y Servicios Bancarios, conocimientos en Mercado financiero (capitales, derivados y divisas), Costos y Presupuestos, Regulación SBS para el Sistema Financiero.
• Idioma inglés nivel avanzado
  Nota: Se requiere el Grado de Magister / Máster. Si no alcanzó el grado de Magister / Master y es egresado, se requiere dos (2) años adicionales en la experiencia afín al puesto.

• Participar en la elaboración y la ejecución del Plan Estratégico del Banco y elaborar y ejecutar el Plan Operativo Anual de la Gerencia de Finanzas y Contabilidad.
• Participar como secretario técnico del Comité de Inversiones.
• Planear, organizar, dirigir, coordinar y controlar el cumplimiento de las actividades de la Gerencia de Finanzas y Contabilidad.
• Participar en la elaboración y ejecución del Plan Estratégico del Banco y elaborar y ejecutar el Plan Operativo Anual de la Gerencia de Finanzas y Contabilidad.
• Informar periódicamente a la Gerencia Central de Administración sobre los resultados de la operatividad de la unidad orgánica a su cargo.
