• Profesional titulado y colegiado en Higiene y Seguridad Industrial, Sanitaria, Ambiental, Civil, Industrial, Seguridad Laboral o Ingenierías afines
• Cinco (5) años de experiencia acreditada en proyectos de construcción de carreteras, movimiento de tierras y/o asfalto
• De preferencia contar estudios de especialización o diplomado en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo
• Tener disponibilidad para laborar en el Callao de lunes a viernes de 7am a 6pm y los sábados de 7am a 1pm.

• Velar por la seguridad integral del proyecto, cumpliendo con las políticas, normas legales, procedimientos, estándares y lineamientos de la empresa en temas de seguridad.
• Monitorear, controlar y dar la alarma oportuna cuando se presenten desviaciones en la seguridad, y gestionar el ajuste y corrección.
• Supervisar el sistema de seguridad salud ocupacional y asegurar el cumplimiento del programa anual de seguridad, bajo los lineamientos del sistema SSOMA y trabajo seguro a fin de lograr que los trabajadores tomen conciencia en temas de seguridad.
• Cumplir con los controles establecidos en las Matrices IPERC con el fin de minimizar riesgos asociados a la seguridad
• Gestionar la relación con el cliente e identificar sus necesidades de capacitación y de supervisión de seguridad
• Asegurar la implementación y el cumplimiento de las normativas legales y reglamento interno de la empresa
• Levantar las observaciones de las auditorias internas y externas y desarrollar los entregables de seguridad del proyecto.
• Brindar charlas de seguridad, de acuerdo a la necesidad y a un plan de trabajo programado
