• Ingeniero/a agrónomo/a o carreras afines
• De preferencia maestría en administración y/o agronegocios
• Diez (10) años de experiencia general desde la obtención del grado y cinco (5) años de experiencia como líder de operaciones en fundos agrícolas
• Experiencia comprobada en manejo de personal en campo
• Conocimientos indispensables: Manejo de indicadores, sistemas de riego, medición de caudales y fertilización

• Asumir la conducción operativa de la empresa
• Garantizar la optimización de recursos y procesos
• Supervisar y verificar que el personal a su cargo esté capacitado en la función que se le asigna
• Monitorear al personal en campo
• Reportar semanalmente al directorio los indicadores de cumplimiento de las distintas unidades de negocio y de los programas establecidos en el campo
• Evaluar proyectos de inversión agrícola
