- Egresado de las carreras de Administración, Administración hotelera, Contabilidad, Ingeniería industrial o carreras afines
- Seis (6) meses de experiencia laboral preprofesional en el área de administración y/o finanzas
- Excel a nivel intermedio
- Conocimientos en elaboración de presupuestos, flujos de caja y estados financieros
- Alto nivel de Organización, Independencia, y Proactividad
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Miraflores de forma presencial de lunes a viernes de 9 am a 6 pm.

- Emitir las boletas y facturas, escanearlas y registrar los ingresos cuando corresponda.
- Elaborar los presupuestos y flujos de caja y hacer el seguimiento correspondiente
- Elaborar presupuestos a clientes corporativos y personas naturales
- Emitir el estado de ganancias y pérdidas y reportar desviaciones.
- Identificar y controlar los costos de cada evento y presentar reportes a la gerencia
- Registrar las ventas del catering y calendarizar los eventos
- Registrar las ventas de la tienda del catering.
- Completar la información requerida de los eventos para planificar la lista de compras y realizar las programaciones necesarias
- Coordinar con el contador la entrega de información en las fechas pactadas, revisar la información y validar los pagos a la SUNAT.
- Realizar el seguimiento a las cuentas por cobrar
- Solicitar los estados de cuentas y realizar el cuadre de caja
- Reportar ingresos y salidas de efectivo entregado por caja chica
- Controlar el abastecimiento de los productos en coordinación con el área operaciones para evitar roturas de stock de productos terminados y materias primas.
- Analizar las ventas, márgenes y pricing para definir el portafolio de productos.
