• Bachiller en Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales, Ingeniería industrial o carreras afines
• Especialización en Desarrollo Organizacional, Reclutamiento y Selección, Capacitación o afines
• Tres (03) años de experiencia en puestos similares
• Conocimientos indispensables: Reclutamiento y Selección
• Conocimientos deseables: Legislación laboral y administración de planilla

• Levantar información con las diferentes áreas sobre los requerimientos de Selección de Personal
• Ejecutar los procesos de Selección de Personal de manera integral
• Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos del área
• Implementar los programas de desarrollo en la organización
• Diseñar, implementar y ejecutar los procesos de Gestión del Talento: Capacitación, Clima, Desempeño, Selección e Inducción.
• Generar comunicaciones para difundir los programas y/o beneficios al personal
• Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a los indicadores del área
• Apoyar en la supervisión de los procesos de pago de las planillas, Vacaciones, Descansos Médicos, Subsidios, Liquidación de Beneficios Sociales y Administración de personal.
• Implementar actividades enfocadas en mejoras del clima laboral y mejora de procesos del área.
• Garantizar la entrega oportuna de información requerida en las auditorias internas y externas
• Apoyar en el control y administración del headcount
• Apoyar en las diligencias y citas con MINTRA, SUNAFIL u otro ente regulador.
• Realizar toda función o encargo que le asigne su jefe inmediato y que conlleve a incrementar la eficiencia de la empresa.
