• Bachiller de las carreras de ingeniería industrial, marketing, administración de empresas o carreras afines
• De preferencia Magíster en marketing, administración o afines
• Cinco (5) años de experiencia general desde la obtención del grado de Bachiller.
• Tres (3) años de experiencia comprobada como líder de equipos comerciales, de preferencia en empresas del sector retail o consumo masivo.
• Conocimientos indispensables en gestión de marketing, indicadores comerciales y estrategia
• Idioma inglés a nivel avanzado.
• MsOffice a nivel avanzado

• Liderar el equipo de ventas y marketing para consolidar el crecimiento de las marcas que distribuyen.
• Planificar, dirigir y evaluar las operaciones de los establecimientos comerciales dedicados a la venta al por menor.
• Analizar las tendencias del mercado para determinar hacia donde apunta la demanda de los consumidores, volumen estimado de ventas y el efecto en las operaciones de la competencia.
• Trabajar en conjunto con otros departamentos (Ventas, Marketing, Operaciones e Investigación) y Gerentes para ejecutar las mejores estrategias de mercado.
• Hacer seguimiento, asesorar y aprobar los planes realizados por el área y facilitar la resolución de problemas para su cumplimiento.
• Coordinar acciones de marketing que favorezcan de manera directa a la empresa.
