• Bachiller o titulado de las carreras de Psicología Organizacional, Administración, Comunicación, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines
• De preferencia estudios de Maestría en Recursos Humanos o afines
• Contar con especialización en Clima y Cultura organizacional, Gestión Estratégica del Talento Humano, Recursos Humanos o afines
• Cinco (5) años de experiencia general desde la obtención del grado de bachiller y cuatro (4) años desarrollando planes de acción y actividades de clima y cultura organizacional.
• Conocimientos indispensables: manejo de variables de clima y cultura, liderazgo, gestión del cambio organizacional y Excel a nivel intermedio

• Diseñar programas de clima y cultura para mejorar el clima laboral
• Manejar y administrar los diferentes eventos y actividades que fomenten los valores de la organización
• Coordinar con las sedes en provincia la implementación de los programas del área
• Aplicar y analizar encuestas de clima y cultura y presentar los resultados a la gerencia junto a los proyectos de mejora
• Realizar y actualizar los convenios con diversas empresas que ofrezcan beneficios para los trabajadores
• Realizar el seguimiento a los programas de beneficios para el personal.
• Coordinar con los proveedores externos e internos
