• Bachiller en las carreras de ingeniería industrial, administración y/o afines
• Tres (3) años de experiencia comprobada en puestos de gestión y coordinación
• Deseable contar con cursos en técnicas de limpieza
• Deseable conocimientos del sistema integrado de gestión relacionado a calidad, medio ambiente y seguridad y salud en el trabajo
• Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado
• Contar con brevete A-1

• Colaborar en la realización de los estudios técnicos y económicos para especificar los costos asociados al servicio
• Dirigir la implementación de los servicios contratados y verificar la asignación de los recursos que permitan ofrecer un servicio de calidad
• Gestionar las incidencias del personal para asegurar la correcta dotación contratada por el cliente y la correcta elaboración de la planilla
• Gestionar la planificación del personal y participar en los procesos de selección y desarrollo del personal
• Gestionar y controlar la maquinaria, vehículos, materiales y uniformes de acuerdo al cada servicio
• Gestionar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
