• Titulado(a) en administración, finanzas, economía, ingeniería industrial, contabilidad o afines
• Posgrado en administración, finanzas, administración de negocios o afines
• Cinco (5) años de experiencia experiencia en gestión de créditos y cobranzas y tres (3) en puestos de jefatura y/o coordinación en áreas de administración y finanzas
• Conocimientos indispensables en: gestión de créditos y cobranzas, análisis e interpretación de estados financieros, elaboración de flujos de caja y tesorería

• Analizar e interpretar los estados financieros que permitan una adecuada toma de decisiones
• Optimizar los gastos financieros y administrativos.
• Elaborar informes en base a los flujos de caja
• Elaborar de indicadores de gestión
• Evaluar el otorgamiento de créditos
• Administrar líneas de crédito y medir el riesgo
• Supervisar el outsourcing contable
• Control de la facturación y cobranza
• Negociar con los bancos los diferentes productos financieros.
• Supervisar la nómina
• Coordinar las cobranzas con los gestores de negocio.
• Negociar condiciones de importación con proveedores extranjeros
